With lots of money.
Try shopping online. Zappos.com has free shipping and Nordstrom’s website is user-friendly.
This is not upscale, it’s good service. That’s the job of a sales person, they work hard to earn commissions. When I think of upscale shopping, I think of snobby sales people who think they’re better than you. Appreciate the attention you receive from a good worker at Nordstrom.
It’s a lot nicer environment than Marshalls, Ross and TJ Maxx.
i never realized nordstron was upscale..haha
but when someone starts a dressing room for you they are jsut trying to make things more comfortable whie you’re shopping so your hands are free. Just head to the dressing room when your ready. Sometimes someone will be back there and ask for your name and show you to the room or youll se your clothes hanging on te outside. With shoes you just pick up the styles you like and there should be guys in suits(haha) walking around and you just show them the styles and ask for your sizes. Sit down and they will bring them back for you, take them out of the box and hand them to you to try on. Basically everyone waits on you hand and foot!!
if they ask to get a room started, they are asking if you want them to take your clothes and put them in a dressng room for you so you dont have to carry around the clothes you want to try on. they will probably ask for your name, then when you are ready to try on your clothes, you can go to the dressing room and tell them your name and they will take you to the room with your clothes in it. with trying on shoes, you tell one of the workers which shoes you want to try on and they will go get them for you.
i don’t.
you go in, and when you’ve picked extremely expensive crap out, and some snotty sale’s girl who works on commission asks you if you want to start a dressing room, you say yes, or no. depends on what you want.
