Call up Human Resources and ask them the pay rate range.

For example: is it 8.25/hr to $10.00?

You only get paid base pay if you don’t sell enough… Usually about $6500 after your returns. Base pay ranges from $8.75 to $11.80.

As far as commission is concerned most departments get paid 6.75% for every hundred dollars… These departments include the Rail, TBD, B.P. etc. Departments that are considered “fast paced”. Departments with higher commission are lingerie, shoes, and st. john. These all get upwards of 8 or 9% commission.

So basically your base pay is determined by where you work within the store which will also determine your commission. It’s not all that hard to meet the hourly goal they set for you unless you are just standing around doing nothing.
