I have an authentic pair of Rock and Republic’s that i got in Marshalls for $150 but they are too long so i want them get altered in Nordstrom or bloomingdales bcus my dad has a pair of 7’s from bloomingdales and they are too long and they altered his denim perfectly.. is it possible if i take my pair of denims from marshalls to get them altered in nordstrom or bloomingdales?

    Why not take them to your dry cleaner? Most of them do alterations as well.

    I actually took a pair there myself. If you did not buy them at Nordstrom and they will charge you you for the alter. If it is just taking them up it is like $20 or $30. It is not so bad when you consider that few stores sell those jeans and the stores that do often due the alterations for free. So you really want to take a pair of jeans you paid $150 at a discount store to someone who might have never seen a pair? Might sound silly but why take a chane when those jean retail from $200 to $300. Plus they do something called a tricky hem which keeps the orginal hem while making them shorter.
