Be ready for long hours, especially holiday and a lot of weekends u might work 9-6 one day then 1-10 the next. Its a great company if u feel it and can sell. Big city stores u can make it but all about clientlling. Dont be afraid to transfer departments which usually means more money or relocating. They apply within so buyers had to have worked on the floor. Income it all depends but smaller average store if u work in mens 35-50G and women 30-65G. Obviously dept managers will make the most.
