My sister and I go shopping every year on Black Friday.  We leave very early in the morning, and we don’t come home until late that night. Our husbands have that day off, and they keep our children so we won’t have to take them with us. Otherwise, they would complain about having to wait in long lines, and they would see what Santa was bringing that year. This year, my husband said he wuldn’t be able to keep the kids. He told me that he had made plans with some of his friends from work. My brother-in-law offered to watch the kids so that I could still go shopping. I wondered why my husband would make plans, since he knows this is our annual routine. When I came home, I knew why. While I was shopping, he installed the perfect fireplace. When I walked into the livingroom, I saw the fireplace with a big red bow on it. He wished me a Merry Christmas, although it was still a month away. The fireplace was his Christmas gift to me, since I had been wanting one for years.
